2. Products & Pricing
All products are print-on-demand and made to order. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional discounts are subject to specific terms mentioned at the time of the offer.
3. Orders & Payment
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
4. Shipping
Since all products are printed on demand, please allow 5–10 business days for production and dispatch. Shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location within India. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
As our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace or refund it. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of Memer Wear. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent. Our meme-inspired designs are original interpretations and are not intended to infringe on any third-party copyrights.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Memer Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
