Returns & Refund Policy

Custom-Printed Products

Since all Memer Wear products are custom print-on-demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or if you simply don't like the design after receiving it.

When We Accept Returns

We will happily replace or refund your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • You received the wrong product or size
  • The print quality is significantly different from what was shown on the website

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@memerwear.in within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (damage, wrong item, print defect)
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Replacement: We will ship a new product at no extra cost. Delivery timelines apply as per our shipping policy.
  • Refund: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been washed, worn, or altered
  • Items returned after the 48-hour reporting window
  • Claims without supporting photos

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@memerwear.in. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
